同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌临床研究

目的观察同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效及安全性。方法90例患者随机分为同步放化疗组（放化组）和单纯放疗组（单放组）各45例，两组放疗方案相同。放化组于第1、4周予化疗各1个周期。结果放化组与单放组的放疗半量疗效（CR＋PR）分别是66．7％和40．0％；放疗后肿瘤全消率（CR）分别为91．1％和66．7％，两组差异均有显著意义（P〈0．05或0．01）。放化组白细胞下降、恶心呕吐较单放组明显，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。1、2、4年生存率放化组为93．3％、84．4％和75．6％，单放组为91．1％、77．8％和46．7％。1、2年生存率两组间无明显差异（P〉0．05），但4年生存率两组间差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）。结论同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌安全可行，疗效好。

Clinical study of concurrent chemoradiation on middle and advanced cervical cancer

Objective To observe the concurrent chemoradiation on middle and advanced cervical cancer.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into chemoradiation group(n=45) and radiation group(n=45).Patients of chemoradiation group were given chemotherapy in the first week and the four week.All patients under went the same radiotherapy.Results The response of half dosage in the chemoradiation group and the radiation group were 66.7% and 40.0%,respectively(P<0.05).The CR rate after treatment were 91.1% and 66.7% respectively(P<0.01).The leukopenia,nausea and vomitiong docrease in chemoradiation group.The 1-,2-,4-year survival rate were 93.3%,84.4% and 75.6% in chemoradiation group,were 91.1%,77.8% and 46.7% in radiation group.There was no obvionsly difference of 1-,2-year survival rate in two groups.But there was significant difference of 4-year survival rate between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Concurrent chemoradiation is effective and safe for middle and advanced cervical cancer.
