基于纳米医学的光热治疗在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展

摘    要:光热治疗(photothermal therapy,PTT)是一种非侵入性新型肿瘤治疗方式,通过利用光热转换剂(photothermal agent,PTA)在近红外光(near-infrared,NIR)外部光源照射下将光能转换为热能杀伤肿瘤细胞,与传统的手术治疗、放疗、化疗相比,PTT具有靶向性强、不良反应小等优势。快速发展的纳米医学带动了PTA的进步,且PTA作为PTT产生作用的核心部件,其水溶性、生物安全性、光热转换效率等特性直接影响了PTT的效果。此外,PTT还可以联合化疗、光动力治疗、基因治疗和免疫治疗协同治疗肿瘤。本文对PTA进行总结,并就PTT在肿瘤领域的研究进展进行综述。

Research progress in photothermal therapy based on nanomedicine in tumortreatment

Abstract:Photothermal therapy (PTT), which uses a photothermal agent (PTA) to transform light to heat to kill tumor cells under near-infrared (NIR) irradiation, is a new non-invasive treatment of cancer and has advantages such as good targeting and negligible side effects compared to traditional treatment methods including surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Driven by the rapid development of nanomedicine, PTA has become the core component of PTT. Its properties such as solubility, biosecurity, and photothermal conversion efficiency have direct influence on PTT. Furthermore, PTT can achieve synergetic treatment by combining chemotherapy, photodynamic therapy, gene therapy, and immunotherapy. This review aims to summarize PTA and discuss the progress of PTT in tumor treatment.
