恶性肿瘤患者的心理状况及生活质量分析

目的：了解恶性实体瘤及白血病患者的心理状况及生活质量，为今后的治疗、减轻患者痛苦提供参考。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）对38例恶性实体瘤和28例白血病患者进行问卷调查，并与对照组对比。结果：白血病组的躯体、抑郁得分明显高于对照组（P〈0.01，0．05）：恶性实体瘤组的阳性项目数、躯体、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病因子得分均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01，0．05）。白血病组、恶性实体瘤组在躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能分值均明显低于对照组（P〈0．01，0．05）。结论：恶性实体瘤与白血病患者病后都表现出抑郁、人际关系敏感性低的心理特征，即“癌症心理”。患者病后的生活质量在躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能方面均明显降低．

A Study on Quality of Life(QOL) and Psychological Status of Cancer and Leukemia Sufferers

Objective: To study the psychological status and the quality of life(QOL) of cancer and leukemia sufferers and explore of difference both groups.Methods: The generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74),the symptom checklist-90(SCL-90) were used to collect the information of the 38 cancer patients and 28 leukemia sufferers,and to compare with normal controls.Results: The scores of depression and somatization factors in leukemia and cancer are higher than those of controls(P<0.01,0.05).The physical function,psychological function,social function of leukemia group and cancer group are lower than those in control group(P<0.01,0.05).Conclusion: Depression and low-sensitivity factor of interpersonal relation exist in the cancer and leukemia patients.Cancer and leukemia patients' physical function,psychological,and society function reduce obviously.
