| 摘 要： | 目的对不同产地和采收期的辽细辛进行挥发油的含量测定,探讨其主要成分甲基丁香酚的含量。方法按《中华人民共和国药典》2000版一部附录XD挥发油测定法对11个产地和某产地五到十月采收的辽细辛进行了挥发油含量测定,用气相色谱法对甲基丁香酚进行了分析。结果黑龙江(Y8)和桓仁2号(Y10)的辽细辛中挥发油及甲基丁香酚的含量较高,质量较好。九月采收的辽细辛中挥发油和甲基丁香酚的含量均为最高,辽细辛的最佳采收期应为九月。结论应将挥发油含量高,主要有效成分甲基丁香酚含量高作为评价辽细辛药材质量和确定其最佳采收期的合理依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To quantitatively analyze essential oil in Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schmidt var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.produced in different places and seasons,and to quantitatively analyze methyleugenol by GC.Methods The gas chromatographic conditions included column DB-17,supporting gas of N_2 and FID detector.Results The quantity of essential oil in Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schmidt var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.produced in different places were detected and met the requirement of the CHP.The contents of methyleugenol were different in different places.The quantity of essential oil in Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schmidt var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.was the richest in September,and the same result was obtained for methyleugenol.As a result,September is the best time for the collection of Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schmidt var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.Conclusions The contents of essential oil and methyleugenol should be taken as a standard for the evaluation of the quantity of Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schmidt var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.and the determination of its collecting time. |
