肝脓肿超声引导下介入治疗的临床应用

目的探讨超声引导下肝脓肿介入治疗的临床应用价值。方法选择2009年5月～2011年7月我院超声引导下肝脓肿介入治疗患者38例,51个病灶。结果 24例病人(37个病灶)行经皮肝穿刺脓肿抽吸冲洗术,有效率为91.9%,其中1例(3个病灶)无效,改为经皮肝穿刺置管引流术;14例行经皮肝穿刺置管引流术,100%痊愈。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺肝脓肿介入治疗,创伤小、恢复快、治愈率高、并发症少。

Clinical Application of Interventional Therapy of the Liver Abscess Under Supersonic Guidance

Objective To study and explore the clinical application value of interventional therapy under the liver abscess supersonic guidance. Methods To choose from May 2009 to July 2011 the liver abscess patients of interventional therapy of 38 cases having 51 lesions under the supersonic guidance. Results In 24 patients(37 lesions) through the skin puncture liver abscess suction flushing technique,the effective rate was 91.9%,one of 24 patients was ineffetive,which changed through the skin puncture liver abscess catheter drainage.In 14 patients through the skin puncture liver abscess catheter drainage,the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion By interventional therapy under the liver abscess supersonic guidance it has the small wound,recovers quickly,has the high cure rate and the few complications.
