DRGs在我院消化内科绩效评价中的应用

摘    要:目的运用疾病诊断相关分组(Diagnosis Related Groups,DRGs)指标对我院消化内科的医疗绩效进行评价,为医院加强精细化管理和学科建设提供数据支持。方法传统绩效评价采用秩和比法进行综合评价,DRGs绩效考评从医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率、医疗安全3个方面进行评价。结果传统绩效考核指标评价与DRGs绩效考评指标评价的结果差异较大,传统绩效考评消化内科1组、2组、3组、4组分别排名1、1、3、4,DRGs绩效考评消化内科1组、2组、3组、4组分别排名4、2、1、3。结论DRGS用于绩效考评更加科学全面,有利于提高医院绩效考核水平并促进临床专科发展。

Application of Diagnosis Related Groups(DRGs) for performance evaluation in the department of gastroenterology in our hospital

Abstract:Objective To apply the Diagnosis Related Groups(DRGs) system for performance evaluation in the department of gastroenterology of our hospital and provide evidence in its application in the refined hospital management and discipline construction. Methods The traditional performance evaluation applies the rank sum ratio(RSR) method for comprehensive evaluation. The DRG system evaluates the medical performance in terms of capability, efficiency, and safety. Results The evaluation results differed significantly between the traditional evaluation and the DRGs system: in the department of gastroenterology, groups 1, 2, 3, and 4 ranked 1, 1, 3, and 4 using the traditional evaluation, but ranked 4, 2, 1, and 3, using the DRGs system. Conclusions DRGs is a more scientific and comprehensive system for performance evaluation, which is conducive to improving hospital performance evaluation and promoting the development of clinical disciplines.
