| 摘 要： | 目的总结原发性输尿管息肉的诊治经验。方法回顾分析12例原发性输尿管息肉的诊断方法和治疗原则。结果2例行肾切除加输尿管大部分切除术,10例行病变输尿管节段性切除术加肾盂成形术或输尿管再植术。术后10例获4~36个月随访,未见息肉复发及恶变。结论肾盂输尿管造影有助于原发性输尿管息肉的诊断,必要时可行手术探查。输尿管镜是诊治此病的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of primary fibroepithelial ureteral polyp. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 12 cases of fibroepithelial ureteral polyp were reviewed retrospectively. Results Two cases underwent nephroureterectomy and 10 cases local resection plus pyeloplasty or ureterovesical re - plantation. Ten cases were followed up for 4-36 months with no recurrence or canceration. Conclusion The diagnosis may be established with intravenous urogram and retrograde pyelography and surgical exploration may be performed when necessary. With the advent of ureteroscopy, a new minimally invasive approach to primary fibroepithelial ureteral polyp is introduced. |
