| 摘 要： | 目的对弹性软垫与稳定型咬板治疗磨牙症的疗效进行对比评价。方法将53例磨牙症患者随机分为两组 (28例和25例)。于患者下分别制作弹性软垫与稳定型咬板。依据一定的疗效标准追踪随访3~7年的治疗效果。结果弹性软垫治疗磨牙症的总有效率为89. 29%, 稳定型咬板治疗磨牙症的总有效率为56%, 两者的差别有显著性 (u=3. 688, P<0 .01)。结论弹性软垫治疗磨牙症的临床效果明显优于稳定型咬板, 值得临床上推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the curative effect of bruxism treated with occlusal splint made of soft resin and stabilization splint.Methods Fifty-three patients with bruxism were randomly divided into two groups.Twenty-eight patients were treated with occlusal splint made of soft resin,and the others were treated with stabilization splint.According to certain curative effect standards,we have followed up all cases by regular visits to the curative effect results for 3-7 years.Results The overall response rate was 89.29% treated with occlusal splint made of soft resin,comparatively,it was 56% treated with stabilization splint.There was a significant difference between two groups.Conclusions The curative effect of occlusal splint made of soft resin is better than that of stabilization splint for treating bruxism.It is worthy of expanding. |
