我院门诊用药结构分析

目的：了解我院门诊用药结构特点及发展趋势，更好地开展门诊药房工作。方法：对我院2006年4月。2007年3月门诊用药情况按消费结构，消费金额，用药途径，典型科室呼吸科、普外科、儿科药品消费结构进行统计分析，结果：激素类药物（主要为辅助生殖药物）金额消耗占第1位，其次为抗微生物类药物，抗菌药物占药品总金额的13．73％，消化系统用药、心脑血管用药、糖尿病用药分列3、4、5位，分别占药品总金额的12．3％、11．5％和8．8％。结论：门诊用药分析显示了综合性医院的用药特点。

Consumption Structure of Outpatient Drug Use in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the consumption structure and developing trend of drugs used in the outpatient department so as to evolve the pharmacy work in the dispensary for outpatients. METHODS： The outpatient drug use from Apr. 2006 to Mar. 2007 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum of money, routes of administration and the consumption structure in the typical departments including departments of Respiratory Diseases, Pediatrics, and General surgery. RESULTS： Hormone preparations （predominantly fertility assistants） took the lead in terms of consumption sum of money, followed by antimicrobials. The consumption sum of antibacterial constituted 13.73% of the total, with drugs for digestive system diseases, drugs for cardiovascular system, and those for diabetes mellitus ranking at the 3rd, 4th and 5th places respectively, accounting for 12.3 %, ll .5%, and 8.8%, respectively. CONCLUSION： The analysis on the outpatient drug use revealed the characteristics of drug use in general hospital.
