腔内技术治疗复杂性肾结石残留结石

目的 提高复杂性肾结石的治疗水平。方法 收治32例复杂性肾结石患者，采用输尿管硬镜在术中从肾窦内肾孟切口，术后从肾造瘘口取肾内残留结石。结果 32例患者1次取净结石28例，术后经肾造瘘口取净肾内残留结石2例，2次手术结石总取净率87．5％，手术平均120min，平均住院12d。结论 复杂性肾结石术中和术后配合输尿管硬镜取石可有效处理残留结石。

Endoscopic treatment of complicated renal calculi

Objective] To improve the treatment level of complicated renal calculi. Methods] 32 cases of complicated renal calculi were reported. The rigid ureteroscope through incisions of intrasinusal pyelolithotomy and fistulas was used after operation to deal with the remnant stones. Results] 28 cases presented stone free on the first operation. The remnant stones were cleared in 2 patients whose procedure were manipulated after operation. So the total stone clearance amounted to 87.5% by the first and second operation. The average operation time was 120 min, average hospitalization stay was 12 days. Conclusions] Combining with the rigid ureteroscope in or after operation is a safe and effective method to deal with residual stones and should be recommended .
