| 摘 要： | 目的评价替米沙坦与赖诺普利治疗原发性高血压的疗效及不良反应。方法115例原发性高血压患者随机分为两组，A组（替米坦80～160mg／d）56例，B组（赖诺普利10～20mg／d）59例，疗程均为8周，观察两组治疗前后血压、血脂、肾功能及不良反应等指标。结果与治疗前相比，两组血压均下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A、B组间比较，血压差异无显著性；两组治疗前后血脂及肾功能无明显变化；A组不良反应少于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05））。结论替米沙坦与赖诺普利单独治疗均能有效降低血压，且替米沙坦较赖诺普利的不良反应发生率低。
