IFN-γ、IL一2在大鼠白色念珠菌肺炎中的作用探讨

目的观察大鼠白色念珠茵肺炎IFN-γ、IL一2表达特点，探讨IFN-γ、IL-2在大鼠白色念珠茵肺炎发展变化过程中可能起到的作用及其意义。方法选用清洁级健康雄性SD大鼠（150～180g，鼠龄30-40d）80只，随机分为实验组与对照组，各组40只。实验组从气管注入白色念珠茵茵液制备白色念珠茵肺炎模型，分别于1、3、7、11天心室腔穿刺抽血，经离心后取血清，用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定血清IFN-γ、IL-2水平。结果白色念珠茵肺炎模型组第1、3、7天IFN-γ、IL-2值较正常对照组增高，11天模型组与对照组相近。组内比较3d〉7d〉1d〉11d。结论IFN-γ、IL．2在消除大鼠白色念珠茵肺炎病原体方面可能起着积极的作用。

To investigate the role of IFN γand IL 2 in rats pneumonia of Candida albicans

Objective To detect the expression level of IFN γ and IL 2 in serum of rats with pneumoniaof Candida albieans and that of control group, and to explore the role of IFN γ and IL 2 in the pathogenesis of experimental pulmonary candidiasis. Methods The pulmonary lesions were induced by an intratrachial inoculation of 107 live cells of Candida albicans into each of the rats in the following groups： 1. untreated controls; 2. experimental pulmonary candidiasis induced by Candida albicans. The animals were sacrificed at appropriate intervals up to 11 days after inoculation （dl, d3, dT,d11）. At antopsy, the lungs were cultured and then subjectived to histopathological examination and IFN γ, and IL 2 detection. Results Compare the levels of IFN γ and IL 2 in the same stage：the model group at d1, d3 and d7 were higher than control group, the peak is at the third day （d3） （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference at dll group. Conclusion IFNγ, and IL 2 have been involved in the process of inflammation in fungal infection and act on eliminating pathogen.
