冠心病患者血浆NO和ET水平变化的临床研究

目的探讨一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)水平变化在冠心病发病中的作用及临床意义。方法分别采用硝酸还原法和放射免疫分析法对不稳定性心绞痛(UA)组(n=26)、急性心肌梗死(AMI)组(n=23)及正常对照组(n=22)血浆NO和ET的含量同时进行测定。结果冠心病患者AMI组、UA组患者血浆NO水平均低于正常对照组(P<0.01),且AMI组明显低于UA组(P均<0.01);AMI组、UA组患者血浆ET水平高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且AMI组明显高于UA组(P<0.01)。结论血浆NO和ET代谢失调导致了冠状动脉痉挛和血栓形成,二者共同参与了冠心病的发病,是诱发心绞痛的重要原因。

Clinical study on changes of plasma nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin(ET) in patients with coronary heart disease

The significances of plasma nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin(ET) concentrations in coronary heart disease were studied. Plasma levels of NO and ET were measured simutaneously in 26 patients with Unstable angina (UA), 23 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and 22 healthy subjects by nitrite reduction test, radiaimmunoassay(RIA). The values of plasma NO were all decreased significantly in AMI and UA patients than those in the normal controls (P <0.01). The values of plasma NO were all decreased significantly in AMI patients than those in UA patients (P <0.01). The values of plasma ET were markedly higher in AMI and UA patients than those in controls (P <0.01). The values of plasma ET were markedly higher in AMI patients than those in UA patients (P <0.01). Conclusions] Metabolism disorder of NO and ET may lead to spasm of coronary artery,and thrombogenesis of coronary artery.
