正常与深覆下颌运动轨迹的研究

用下颌运动轨迹描记仪对17名成年正常人和成年重度深覆患者的下颌运动轨迹进行了研究。深覆患者下颌边缘运动时垂直向的位移明显大干正常人,息止间隙明显小于正常人,从姿势位到牙尖交错位前移的距离小于正常人,快速开闭口运动中缺口的发生率明显高于正常人。深覆是不良型使下颌运动超越生理超围,是颅颌功能紊乱的潜在病因之一。

Study of mandibular movement trace in normal occlusion and deep overbite patients

The mandibular movement was traced and recorded with K5AR MKG in 17 normal occlusion cases and 17 deep overbite patients. The vertical shift of border movement is larger and the freeway space is smaller in deep overbite patients than normal occlusion cases. The rate of click during quick open and close movement is higher in deep overbite patients than normal occlusion cases. Deep overbite is a bad occlusal pattern that easy leads to craniomandibular disorders.
