| 摘 要： | 院前急救、院内急诊急救和重症监护治疗是生命支持治疗连续体中的三个重要环节，彼此密切相关，缺一不可。由此三者构成的急救医疗服务体系是生命救治的绿色通道，其服务质量已成为一所医院医疗能力与管理水平的综合体现。充实和完善急救医疗服务体系，是我国急诊急救医学发展的重要方向，也是和平时期我军卫勤保障准备的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Pre - hospital flrstaid, hospital emergency care and intensive care are the key links in life support therapy. These three links consist of the emergency medical service system （EMSS） which is the green passageway of life treatment and care. Its quality reflects the medical ability and the level of hospital management. Improving and perfecting EMSS is an important direction of emergency medicine in our country, and it is also effective way of enforcing military medical service in peaceful time. |
