低强度激光血管内照射治疗缺血性心脑血管病机理的研究

摘    要:目的:观察低强度氦-氖激光血管内照射(ILLLI)疗法对缺血性心脑血管病患者泌乳素(PRL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)影响。方法:将60例缺血性心脑血管病患者随机分为ILLLI组和常规药物组,治疗前后行血浆PRL、SOD和MDA测定,自身比较并与40例健康人作对照。结果:两组缺血性心脑血管病患者治疗前与对照组比较,SOD水平均非常明显降低,PRL、MDA水平均非常明显升高(均P<0.01);治疗前后自身比较,治疗后ILLLI组SOD水平非常明显升高,PRL、MDA水平非常明显降低(均P<0.01),药物组SOD水平明显升高,MDA水平明显降低(均P<0.05);PRL水平降低但无显著性差异(P>0.05);二组间比较,SOD水平升高程度,PRL、MDA水平降低程度,ILLLT组明显大于药物组(均P<0.01)。结论:ILLLI疗法提高缺血性心脑血管病患者SOD活力、减轻脂质过氧化反应、抗自由基损伤效果优于药物组,ILLLI能降低血浆PRL水平,提示该疗法可能对中枢神经递质多巴胺产生调节作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Intravasular low laser irradiation (ILLLI) on prolaction (PRL),super-oxide dismutase (SOD) and malonic dialdehyde (MDA) in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular ischemic. disease. Methods: 60 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular ischemic disease were separated randomly into ILLLI and conventional medicine groups. The plasma PRL,SOD and MDA from the patients before and after the treatment and 40 healthy people as the normal control were detected. Results:Comparing to the normal control,SOD level of all patients before treatment were significantly lower and PRL,MDA level were significantly higher (P<0.01). After treatment of ILLLI,SOD increased and PRL,MDA decreased significantly (P <0. 01 ). In the patients treated with conventional medicine,SOD level was lower and MDA level was higher significantly than thoes before treatment (P<0. 05),and the level of PRL showed no significantly different between be fore and after treatment (P >0. 05). There were significant increase in SOD and significant decrease in PRL and MDA of the patients treateh with ILLLI than those with conventional medicine (P < 0. 01 ). Conclusions: In cardiovascluar and cerebrovascular ischemic disease patient, ILLLI might increase the SOD activation and reducing the lipid peroxidtion and preventing the injury by free radical than conventional medicine. This study suggested that ILLLI might play a role on regulating the central neurotransmitter such as dopamine and improving the blood flow and the function of ischemic focus.
