玻璃体切除治疗无晶体眼及人工晶体眼视网膜脱离的疗效观察及护理

目的 探讨玻璃体切除术治疗无晶体眼及人工晶体眼视网膜脱离的，临床效果。方法以无晶体眼及人工晶体眼原发性视网膜脱离76例为对象，采取玻璃体切除联合巩膜环扎或巩膜外垫压术及单纯巩膜环扎或巩膜外垫压术，对其进行临床对照观察。结果 随访3个月～2年，49例玻璃体切除联合巩膜环扎或巩膜外垫压术组视网膜复位39例，复位率86．7％；27例单纯巩膜环扎或巩膜外垫压术组视网膜复位11例，复位率64．8形。结论 玻璃体切除联合巩膜环扎或巩膜外垫压术是治疗无晶体眼及人工晶体眼原发性视网膜脱离有效的方法，良好的心理护理、正确的体位护理等是视网膜复位、减少或防止术后并发症的保证。

The Clinical Effect and Nursing of Vitreaus Resection in Treating Retinal Detachment without Crustal or with Artificial Crystal

Objective To probe the clinical effect of vitreous resection in treating retinal detachment without crystal or with artificial crystal. Methods Of 76 cases of retinal detachment patients without crystal, vitreous resection with round sclera ligation or out sclera padding in 49 cases; Simple round sclera ligation and out sclera pad were done in 27 cases. Results Retinal reduce appeared in 39 patients. The rate of reduce was 86. 7%. Retinal reduce appeared in 11 patients with round sclera ligation or out sclera padding, the reduce rate was 64. 8%. Conclusions Vitreous resection with round sclera ligation or out sclerapadis an effective method to treat retinal detachment without crystal or with artificial crystal eyes.
