| 摘 要： | 目的:建立抗炎消肿丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别成方制剂中地丁、蒲公英、栀子、连翘,以HPLC测定黄芩苷的含量。结果:TLC鉴别可明显鉴别地丁、蒲公英、栀子、连翘,黄芩苷在0.016 48～0.082 4 g.L-1线性关系良好(r=1),平均回收率为99.95%,RSD 0.89%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the quality standard for anti-inflammation pills. Method: Viola yedoensis, Taraxacum mongolicum, Gardenia jasminoides and Forsythia suspense were identified by TLC.Baicalin was determined by HPLC. Result: The results of TLC showed that the relevant spots were clear without interference in the blank reference.The content of baicalin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.016 48-0.082 4 g·L-1 (r=1.0).The average recovery rate was 99.95% and RSD was 0.89%. Conclusion: The established qualitative and quantitative methods are simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can be effectively used for the quality control of anti-inflammation pills. |
