| 摘 要： | 目的了解心脏白塞病的临床特点。方法回顾性分析心脏白塞病病人11例的临床资料。结果11例心脏白塞病病人均累及心脏瓣膜，表现为主动脉瓣及二尖瓣关闭不全。其中5例行主动脉瓣置换术，4例术后出现瓣周漏；2例植入永久起搏器；4例予以激素及免疫抑制药治疗。6例治愈或好转，5例死亡。结论白塞病心脏表现无特异性，易漏诊误诊，外科瓣膜置换术易并发瓣周漏，病死率高。

| Abstract: | Objectives To understand the clinical characteristics of cardiopathy caused by Behcet's disease. Methods The clinical materials of 11 patients with cardiopathy caused by Behcet' s disease were analyzed retrospectively. Results Cardiac valve was hurt in patients with cardiopathy caused by Behcet' s disease, it was mainly aorta one and bicuspid valve. There were 5 cases received aortic valve replacement,2 cases were implanted with the permanent pace- makers, 4 cases were treated with hormone and immune inhibitor. Of 11, 6 cases were cured or improved, 5 cases were died. Conclusions Cardiopathy caused by Behcet' s disease is not peculiar in clinical manifestation, the case fatality rate is high, it should be diagnosed and treated in early days. |
