老年病人选择使用不同型号静脉留置针的效果比较

目的探讨选择更适合老年病人静脉输液治疗的留置针型号。方法选择静脉输液治疗1周以上的60岁老年病人240例,按单双号随机分为实验组120例和对照组120例。排除使用特殊刺激性药物的患者。实验组选用美国BD公司生产的24号封闭式小儿留置针,对照组使用美国BD公司生产的18号封闭式留置针。比较2组病人发生静脉炎人次及穿刺失败人次。结果实验组病人发生静脉炎人次及穿刺失败人次均明显低于对照组。结论老年病人在长期静脉输液治疗中选用24号小儿封闭式留置针有利于提高穿刺成功率,减少发生静脉炎的机会。

Comparison on effect of choosing different types of intravenous indwelling needle in elderly patients

Objective To explore the indwelling needle model more fitting for the intravenous infusion therapy in elderly patients. Methods 240 60-year-old elderly patients, who had received the intravenous infusion therapy over a week, were randomly divided into the experiment group （120 cases） and the control group （120 cases） according to odd or even number. Patients used the special irritation drug were excluded. The experiment group selected the 24th closed pediatric indwelling needle produced by American BD Company. The control group selected the 22th closed indwelling needle produced by BD Company. Patients of the two groups were compared in the person-time of phlebitis and the person- time of puncture failure. Results Patients in the experiment group experienced phlebitis and puncture failure were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusions It can improve the success rate, reduce the incidence of phlebitis opportunities that elderly patients select the 24 th closed pediatric indwelling needle in long-term intravenous infusion therapy.
