| 摘 要： | 通过正交设计实验,以挥发油提取含量为考察指标,探讨莪术和三棱药对中挥发油最佳提取工艺.结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为：莪术、三棱粗粉,8倍加水量,提取6h;而且药对中挥发油的含量较莪术中的高.

| Abstract: | The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design and the extraction content of volatile oil was chosen as the detective index.The optimum extraction condition obtained Rhizoma Curcumae and Rhizoma Sparganii rough power,addlng 8 fold of water,extracting for 6h.
