132例糖尿病合并结核病的难治原因分析和护理对策

目的 为了解糖尿病合并结核病的疗程长、治愈率低、难治的原因,以便针对性地加强管理治疗。方法 对132例糖尿病合并结核病患者采用家庭访视、查阅病历、服药登记表、管理登记卡随访记录和临床资料进行分析。结果 132例糖尿病合并结核病患者造成其难治的原因主要有:心理原因、不遵医行为、两病并存相互影响恶性循环、药物治疗时的相互影响、用药方法错误等。讨论 提出相应护理对策:1、应用循证护理证据;2、做好心理护理,提高遵医行为;3、进行互动式健康教育,指导病人用药,结合运动和饮食进行整体治疗;4、预防并发症发生。通过上述护理对策,为达到缩短疗程、提高疗效,稳定糖尿病的病情和提高结核病治愈率提供可靠临床依据。

Nursing Countermeasure and Analysis of Factors about refractoriness in 132 Patients Suffering Diabetes wish Tuberculosis

Purpose In order to know the causes of special long term therapy and refractorinessfeatures at the patients suffering diabetes with tuberculosis, so as to aim for enhancement to themanagement and therapy. Method Including home visiting; medical history analyses; checking at therecords on medicinal memory cards; and analyses to clinical information. Result The main causes ofrefractoriness at 132 patients suffering diabetes with tuberculosis are: psychological reasons;unwilling to follow up the doctors; coexist for two disease with severe interference to each other;interference between drugs; wrong way therapy etc.Conclusions Raising out corresponding nursingcountermeasures: 1, apply to follow-evidence nursing evidence; 2,psychological nursing improvingfollow the doctors action; 3,proceed health education between each other, guide the patients how tomedicine, whole body treatment including exercising and food; 4, prevent the occurrence of accompanies.Through these nursing countermeasures, can provide reliable clinical evidence by result in shorten thetherapy course, improve the treatment result, stabilize the diabetes development and better curing rateof tuberculosis.
