屈指肌腱鞘重建的实验研究

本实验旨在进一步论证在修复屈指肌腱的同时,是否需要重建和采用何种材料重建已破坏的屈指肌腱鞘.选用24只纯种来亨公鸡,随机分成7个组进行实验。术后鸡爪石膏固定3周,3周后让鸡作自由活动,恢复患趾功能。术后16周,将标本置于 Instron 拉力机上测量肌腿的滑移距离和各个关节的屈曲幅度并作肉眼和组织学检查.实验结果揭示在修补屈指肌腱的同时应当考虑修复已被破坏的腱鞘和滑车.用腱旁组织游离移植来重建腱鞘是值得推荐的.

Animal Experimentation on the Reconstruction of Flexor Tendon Sheath

The purpose of this experiment was to prove the necessity of reconstruction of the flexor tendon sheath in tendon repair and to determine the best material to be used. Twenty-four Leghorn cocks,aged 7-10 months with a body weight of 1.5-2.0kg, were used,After operation,both claws of each cock were put into 2 plaster ballets, taken off 3 weeks later.4 months after operation,the specimens of the differents materials used were placed on the Instron Tensile Testing Machine for biomechanical test,macro and micro examinations were performed. The results showed that synovial shealth and pulley ought to be recons tructed during flexor tendon repair and a patch of paratendon graft was desirable.
