新疆疏附县帕合太克里乡疟疾流行病学调查

本文报道了1986年疏附县帕合太克里乡疟疾流行病学调查结果。其血检率(ABER)为3.42％,血片阳性率(SPR)37.8％,带虫发病率(API)12.91‰。,脾肿率1.33％,AES为2.125,稳定性指数为0.43,表明该地是以间日疟为主的非稳定性低疟区。本次暴发可能为外地传染源输入而诱起。长潜伏期间日疟病例占58.65％。发病呈双峰型,人群普遍易感,男性多于女性,发病呈点状分布。于5月和8月份用IFA试验测定人群抗体水平分别为20.6％和23.6 ％,GMRT为56.8和61.3,与发病情况相一致。萨氏按蚊为优势种占99.73％,季节消长有两个高峰,成虫分别在7月中旬和8月中旬,幼虫为7月上旬和8月上旬,活动季节为5个月,午夜(4～5点)前活动频繁,天亮前又有明显回升。该蚊为人畜血兼吸的近家栖蚊种。媒介能量为0.13～7.05。

AN EPIDEMIOLOGIG SURVEY ON MALARIA IN PAHETAIKLI COMMUNITY, SHUFU COUNTY, XINJIANG

This paper gives an account of the results of an epidemiologic survey on malaria made in Pahetaikli Community,Shufu County in 1986.The annual blood examination rate was 3.42%, the smear-posi tve rate(SPR)37.8% ,the annual parasite incidence(API) 12.91 per thousand,splenomegaly rate 1.33% with an AES of 2.125 and a stationary index of 0.43; indicating that this community was an unstable low-incidence malarious area with tertian malaria dominating.This outbreak of the disease in 1986 may probably have been induced by infectious agent intruduced from other areas.The incidence of tertian malaria with long-incubation period was 58.65%, its onset had 2 Peaks, human population was generally susceptible to the disease. Positive antibody rates of 20.6% and 23.6% were obtained by IFA test in May and August respectively with GMRT of 56.8 and 61.3.The laboratorial results were identical with the clinical observations,and Anophele sacharov. was the dominating vector,which had 2 peaks in its life cycle, namely,the density of adult mosquitoes was highest in the middle of July and August and that for the larva was at the beginning of July and August.The mosquitoe, having close affinities to the domestic ones,suck both human and animal blood,and were most active before midnight with the vectorial capacity of 0.13-7.05.
