义眼台植入术74例体会

目的探讨交叉巩膜覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼台植入方法的效果和注意事项。方法对74例（其中眼球萎缩54例，眼球破裂伤8例，巩膜葡萄肿7例，角膜溃疡穿孔5例），由同一手术者进行眼内容摘除和羟基磷灰石义眼台交叉巩膜覆盖植入。术后随访6—12个月。结果74例患者74眼均无结膜裂开、义眼台感染或义眼台暴露，安装义眼片后，义眼活动良好。仿真效果满意。结论交叉巩膜覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术对眼外肌及眶脂肪的损伤较轻，并发症少、恢复快。是比较理想的手术方法。义眼台植入手术可以达到美容效果。

Know from experience of 74 ocular prosthetic operations

Objective To explore the surgical technique and clinical effect of cross cover sclera with bydroxvapatite orbital implants.Methods A retrospective analysis of 74 patients （74 eyes） who underwent eviscerations using cross cover sclera with hydroxyapatite orbital implants,performed by one surgeon.The follow-up Time was 6 -12 months.Results Good cosmetic appearance was reconstructed in all 74 patients. No Conjunctival incision opened, exposure of implants and infection. Mobility of artificial eye was satisfaoted. Conclusion This procedure is simple, effective and has less complication. Future developments in this field require randomized contrlled clinical trials with extensive follw-up as complications may not become evident until over long time postimplantation. It can achieve the efficenty of cosmetology by asinge ocular prosthesis.
