不同方式的颈椎前路减压融合术治疗颈椎病疗效分析

目的 探讨三种颈椎前路减压融合术的优缺点及其适应证。方法将56例患分为A、B、C三组。A组21例，行单纯髂骨植骨术；B组19例，行骨笼加自体骨植骨g；C组16例，在A组的基础上加钢板固定。结果三组骨融合时间分别为3、4、2．5个月，优良率分别为83％、84．2％、92％，并发症发生率分别为25％、10％、0。结论不同方式的颈椎前路融合术各有其优缺点和适应证，单纯髂骨植骨方法简单但并发症较多；骨笼加自体骨植骨，疗效良好及并发症略少；自体髂骨植骨加钢板固定牢固，疗效最好且并发症最少。

Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis with Different Methods of Cervical Spine Anterior Arthrodesis

Objective To study the advantages and disadvantages of three methods of the cervical spine anterior arthrodesis and their indications.Methods 56 cases operated with anterior arthrodesis were followed up (23 cases were operated with ilium replanted only,18 cases with cage and their own bone,17 cases with plate and their own ilium) which were different in time of fusion,curative effect, complication and so on.Results Those cases were followed up for an average of 9 months,the time of fusion were 3, 4 and 2.5 months and the regession rates were 83%,84.2% and 92% respectively, the rates of complication were 25%, 10% and 0% respectively. Conclusion The different methods of cervical spine anterior arthrodesis have different advantages and disadvantages and indications. The ilium replanted only has the most complication and the curative effect is vague but simple, with cage and their own bone curative effect is vague,with plate the curative effect is the excellent and there are fewer complications.
