吸食阿片类毒品对人体下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴及红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的:研究吸食阿片毒品对人体下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:应用酶免法检测LH、FSH、T的含量;应用红细胞C3b受体一酵母菌花环试验和红细胞-IC花环试验检测红细胞免疫功能,应用流式细胞仪技术,通过微量全血直接免疫荧光染色法测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群以反映细胞免疫功能并参考昆明药物依赖性康复中心《阿片类药物戒断症状量表》进行戒断肾阳虚损症状积分评定。结果:17例吸毒者外周血检测后LH、FSH、T明显低于健康人(P<0.001;P<0.01;P<0.05);C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)、T4细胞百分离(CD4^ )明显低于健康人(P<0.01);红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)及T8细胞百分离(CD8^ )虽较健康人有不同程度的改变,但无统计意义(P>0.05);而且依吸毒时间长短,日吸入量,个体等不同都有很大差异。戒断症状肾阳虚损积分评定,17例都有典型肾阳虚损症状。结论:吸毒者下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能障碍,提示:吸食阿片类毒品可严重损害垂体性腺功能,毒品损伤肾经,引起肾阳虚损明显,细胞免疫功能低下,认定吸毒人员的中医证型是以肾阳虚损为主,为临床治疗提供科学依据。

Abstract:AIM To study the effects of drugs on addicts' hypo-pituitary-gonad axis and cellular immune function. METHODS The gonad's values (including FSH?LH and T)were observed to evaluate the gonad functions of the drugs addicts'.T-lymphocyte subgroups of peripheral blood(including CD 4 + and CD 8 +)were measured by direct microvolume whole blood immunoflurescent staining technique with flow cytometer (FCM) and erythrocyte immune functions (including RBC-C 3bRR and RBC-ICR) were observed to evaluate the immune functions in narcotic people. RESULTS The value of LH?FSH and T in the drug addicts were significantly lower than that in normal people (P<0 001; P<0 01;P<0 05);The value of RBC-C 3bRR, CD 4 + in the drug addicts was significantly lower than that in normal people (P<0 01);RBC-ICR was lower, CD + 8 was higher but RBC-ICR and CD + 8 were not significantly different from normal people (P>0 05). CONCLUSION The drugs addicts' hypo-pituitary-gondad axis function and cellular immune function were lower than that in normal people.
