| 摘 要： | 用交叉免疫电泳法证实了霍乱弧菌(Inaba 569B,NO.16190)与从腹泻患者粪便中分离的福氏痢疾杆菌(F_2a.NO.170 1-1)之间有5种共同抗原,共同抗原的每一组份可由免疫亲和层析获得。进行成年家兔结扎肠襻试验时,福氏痢疾杆菌的第3、4、5组份共同抗原具有肠毒素活性,霍乱弧菌的第1组份也具有肠毒素活性,故肠毒素为福氏痢疾杆菌(F_2a.NO.170 1-1)与霍乱弧菌(Inaba.569B.NO.16190)的共同抗原之一。

| Abstract: | There are five common antigens between vibrio cholerae ( Inaba 569B. No. 16190 ) and shigella flexneri ( F2a, No. 170 1-1 ) isolated from stool of a patient with diarrhea, which are identified with cross immuno -electrophoresis.
Each fraction of the common antigens is harvested with immuno-affinity chrmatography and is tested with ligatured small intestine segment of an adult rabbit, the 3rd, 4th and 5th fraction of the common antigens of shigella flexneri ( F2a, No. 170 1-1 ) being of enterotoxin activity and the 1st fraction of those of vibrio choleroe besog of enterotoxin activity as well. Therefore, it is suggested that the enterotoxin is one of the common antigens between shigella flexneri ( F2a, No. 170 1-1 ) and vibrio cholerae ( Inaba 569B. No.16190 ) . |
