护生临床实习分阶段心理干预的应用与效果

摘    要:目的探讨分阶段、针对性的心理压力干预对实习护生压力水平、应对方式的影响。方法对干预组58名临床实习护生实施分阶段综合心理压力干预,对照组58名护生未采取干预措施,分别在实习前、实习后1周、1、3、5个月及结束时通过问卷调查进行效果评价。结果实习后5个月及实习结束时,干预组护生压力得分低于对照组(P<0.01),并随实习进程呈下降趋势,而对照组护生呈升高趋势;干预组护生随实习进程呈现正性应对得分的升高和负性应对得分的降低,对照组护生则呈现相反的结果。结论分阶段综合心理压力干预可有效降低实习护生的心理压力水平,并产生远期、较持久的效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of phased psychological intervention applied in clinical practicing nursing students on the level of pressure and coping styles. Methods A total of 116 nursing students were enrolled and divided into experimental group and control group. The phased psychological intervention was applied in the experimental group. On the contrary, the control group was not applied. Effects evaluations in different stages including before clinical practice and after practice 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 5 months were investigated with questionnaire. Results The scores of pressure in the experimental group in 5 months later and at the end of clinical practice were lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). With the process of clinical practice, there had a declining trend in the pressure level, and the positive responses increased, while the negative responses declined in the experimental group. On the contrary, the control group showed opposite trend. Conclusions Phased psychological intervention can reduce the psychological pressure of nursing students, and have long - terra and more lasting effects.
