护理人员压疮护理知信行现状调查

目的调查护理人员压疮知识、态度和行为的现状，为规范压疮管理提供参考依据。方法选取西安市4所二级及以上医院的515名临床护理人员，采用自行设计的压疮护理知识、态度、行为问卷进行调查。结果护理人员压疮知识得分为（105．11±33．37）分，总正确率64．88％；态度得分为（42．52±5．34）分；行为得分为（57．28±7．91）分；知识与态度、知识与行为、态度与行为均呈正相关（P〈0．01）。结论护理管理者应加强对护理人员压疮新知识、新技能的培训，转变其对压疮的负性态度，保持正性行为，从而提高压疮护理质量。

Investigation of knowledge, attitude and practice of nurses regarding pressure ulcer care

Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice of nurses regarding pressure ulcer care to provide reference for management of pressure ulcer. Method A total of 515 nurses in Xihn 2 level and above hospitals were investigated with a selfdesigned questionnaire about knowledge,attitude and behavior of pressure ulcer. Results The score of nurses about knowledge of pressure ulcers was （ 105. 11 ± 33.37 ） , and the accuuacy rate was 64.88 %. The score of attitude was （42.52 ± 5.34）. The score of behavior was （ 57.28 ± 7.91 ）. There were significantly positive correlation among the scores of knowledge, attitude, and practice about pressure ulcer （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The training of nurses about knowledge and technology of pressure ulcer nursing should be strengthened to change their negative attitude and keep their positive behaviors, thus improve the quality of pressure ulcer care.
