工作环境和生活习惯对飞行员工作应激的影响

目的了解飞行员工作应激现状及工作环境和生活习惯对其的影响。方法采用基本情况问卷及工作应激量表对230名飞行员的工作应激及工作环境、生活习惯等情况进行调查。结果飞行员工作应激总分、物理条件应激得分、工作兴趣应激得分均高于国内常模(P<0.01或P<0.05)。噪音污染、饮酒、光污染对工作应激具有增强效应,规律饮食、吃早餐、体育锻炼对工作应激具有减轻效应。结论减轻飞行员工作应激可充分利用国内外先进科技,及时改善飞行员座机及其他附属工作环境质量,同时培养飞行员良好的生活习惯,以达到为飞行员减压的目的。

Effects of working environment and living habits on pilots＇work stress

Objective To investigate the status of pilots＇ job stress and the effects of working environment and living habits on their job stress. Method Totally 230 pilots＇job stress,working environment and living habits were investigated with basic information questionnair. Results The score of job stress, stress of physical conditions and stress of job interest were significantly higher than the domestic norm （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Noise pollution, drinking and light pollution had strengthening effects on job stress. Regular diet, eating breakfast and physical exercise had relieving effects on job stress. Conclusion It is necessary to make full use of domestic and foreign advanced technology, improve pilots machine and other ancillary working environment quality, and cultivate pilots＇good living habits to reduce their job stress.
