426药品不良反应报告分析

目的:分析我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的规律和特点,为临床合理用药及药物安全性评价提供参考.方法:收集我院2010年上报的426例ADR报告,对ADR病例的患者性别、年龄、涉及药物种类、ADR所累及的器官或系统等进行分类统计和分析.结果:抗感染药物引发的ADR比例最高,占53.40%;给药途径方面,静脉给药占85.63%;ADR累及的器官/系统以皮肤及其附件损害(188例)最为常见;在中药制剂中,舒血宁注射液的ADR发生率最高,占43.42%;他汀类药物的ADR发生率在口服制剂申居首位,占28.33%.结论:应重视在ADR报告中发现的用药问题,并及时向临床反馈,合理选择溶媒,避免盲目联合用药,以减少或避免药品不良反应的发生.

Analysis of 426 adverse drug reaction reports

Objective: To investigate the features and regularity of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) in our hospital,in order to provide reference for rational medication and drug safety evaluation in clinic.Methods: A total of 426 ADR cases collected in our hospital in 2010 were classified and analyzed statistically,in respect of gender,age distribution of the patients,the types of ADRinducing drugs,organs or systems involved in ADRs,etc.Results: The proportion of ADRs caused by the anti-infective drugs was the highest(53.40%),and 85.63% of ADRs was caused by intravenous administration.The lesions of skin and its accessories(188 cases) were the most common clinical manifestations of ADRs.The ADR incidence rate of Shuxuening injection(43.42%) was the highest in the preparations of traditional Chinese medicine.The ADR incidence rate of statins was the highest in the oral medicines,accounting for 28.33%.Conclusion: Serious consideration should be taken on the problems found in ADR reports,and immediate feedbacks should be given to the clinicians in order to rationally choose solvent,avoid mindless combined medication,and reduce or avoid occurrence of ADR.
