| 摘 要： | 目的探讨上海市护理管理者对专科护理实践效果的评价。方法采用半结构式访谈法对8名上海市三级甲等医院护理部主任进行访谈。结果护理管理者认为目前专科护士的角色和作用已经被认可,能有效解决专科疑难问题、增进团队合作、实现护士职业价值、促进护理学科发展,但是也凸显了专科护理实践发展不平衡的问题。结论目前我国专科护士的发展非常必要,且具有可行性,但专科护理实践和发展有待规范。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the evaluation of effects of specialist nursing practice from the perspective of nursing managers in Shanghai. Methods A total of 8 nursing directors were recruited and interviewed by semi - structured interview method. Results Nursing directors believed that the roles and function of specialist nurses were recognized currently, and specialist nursing practice could solve difficult problems in nursing specialty, promote teamwork, realize the value of nursing profession,and further promote the development of nursing discipline, but it also highlighted the problem of unbalance development of specialist nursing practice. Condusion It is necessary and feasible to develop specialist nursing practice at present,but also it is necessary to standardize it. |
