| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对20例热毒宁注射液致药品不良反应的文献进行分析,探讨其引起不良反应的规律和原因,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 对1995～ 2012年中国期刊全文数据库文献进行检索,对其中涉及热毒宁注射液致药品不良反应的16篇文献中报道的20例病例报告进行统计与分析.结果与结论 热毒宁注射液致不良反应与剂量无关,严重不良反应多发生在用药初期,临床应用应加强监测,密切防范不良反应的发生. |

| Abstract: | Objective Through analysing 20 adverse drug reaction cases by Reduning Injection to explore the rules and causes of adverse reactions,provide a reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods By searching literature in Chinese journal full-text database from 1995 to 2012,16 ADR literatures of Reduning Injection involving 20 cases,were statistically analyzed.Results and Conclusion ADRs induced by Reduning Injection are irrelevant with dose.Serious adverse reaction mostly occurred in the initial treatment,the clinical care should be strengthened so as to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions. |
