河池市某医院2007-2011年住院死亡病例分析

目的:了解河池市某院近5年住院病人死亡情况及主要死亡原因,为疾病的防治及降低病死率提供参考依据。方法:对该院2007年-2011年住院死亡677份病案进行统计分析。结果:总病死率为0.98%;男性病死率1.37%,女性病死率0.57%,男性病死率明显高于女性;随着年龄的增长,病死率呈逐渐上升趋势;恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、损伤和中毒为该院前3位死因,占总死亡人数的64.11%。结论:男性、中老年、恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、损伤和中毒患者为死亡高危人群,应重点加强这些高危人群疾病的防治工作,提高生存质量、降低病死率。

Analysis of Hospital Death Cases on Impatiens from 2007 to 2011 in Hechi

Objective:The aim of our study was to analyse the mortality and main causes of death and to provide the references at reducing mortality.Methods:672 medical records of inpatients from 2007 to 2011 were under statistically analysis.Results:The total fatality rate was 0.98%,the male fatality rate was 1.37%,and female fatality rate was 0.57%.Obviously,the male fatality rate was higher than the female fatality rate.With the growth of the age,the fatality rate was raised.The top three death reasons were circulation system disease,malignant tumor,injure and toxicity,accounted for 64.11% of the total death toll.Conclusion:The death high-risk groups are male,advanced age,circulation system disease,malignant tumor,injure and toxicity.So we should strengthen the high-risk groups’ disease prevention and treatment,improved the quality of life,reduced the fatality rate.
