肿瘤病人放射治疗过程中便秘的干预方法与效果

目的探讨肿瘤病人放射治疗过程中便秘的干预方法与效果。方法将90例肿瘤病人按随机数字表分为3组(针刺组、果导组、穴位按揉组),并对产生效应时间、疗效总有效率、副反应发生情况进行比较。结果针刺组产生时间效应最快,4 h内排便占63.33%,疗效总有效率最高,占93.33%;果导组副反应发生率最高,为63.33%(P<0.01)。结论 3种不同干预方法用于肿瘤病人放射治疗过程中便秘的治疗应以针刺效果最快、副反应最低。

Intervention methods and effects of constipation among cancer patients during the radiotherapy

Objective To explore the methods and effects of constipation among cancer patients during the radiotherapy. Methods Ninety cancer patients receiving radiotherapy were divided into 3 groups of acupuncture group, phenolphthalein tablets group and point massage group. The effect time, total effective rates and side effects of 3 groups were compared after treatment. Results The acupuncture group caused the effect was fastest and the effective rate in four hours was 63.33%. The total effeciency of curative effect was highest, accounted for 93.33%. And the incidence rates of side effects in the phenolphthalein tablets group was highest and the rate was 63.33 % （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Among the three kinds of intervention for tumor patients with constipation undergoing radiotherapy, acupuncture therapy has the fastest effect and least side effects.
