| 摘 要： | 股骨头坏死（osteonecrosisofthefemoralhead，ONFH）或者股骨头缺血性坏死avascularnecrosisofthefemoralhead，AVNFH）是一种由于股骨头血供中断或受损，引起骨细胞和骨髓成分死亡及修复，继而导致股骨头结构发生变化，引起股骨头塌陷，髋关节疼痛和功能障碍的疾病。ONFH多发生于青壮年男性，一般发病年龄在30～50岁左右。这种疾病常常由于没有及时发现和治疗而导致疾病进展，出现股骨头塌陷，引发髋关节骨关节炎，丧失关节功能，造成残疾，带给社会和家庭巨大负担。

| Abstract: | In China, osteonecrosis of the femoral head （ONFH） is a very common disease with fast development, which could lead to catastrophic hip disorder. Early and proper diagnosis can secure the best treatment outcome. Meanwhile, the differential diagnosis which could clarify the differences between ONFH and some other common hip diseases will help physicians to avoid mis-diagnosis and unnecessary treatment. In this article, we described clinical symptoms and radiological characters of ONFH and differential diagnosis with other 8 common hip diseases. |
