| 摘 要： | 目的调查新护士对基础护理认知状况,为进一步提高基础护理质量提供依据。方法采用自行设计问卷对130名新护士进行基础护理认知状况调查。结果新护士对基础护理的认知不足,态度得分为(35.28±3.48)分;不同学历、是否为独生子女、选择本专业原因的新护士比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应完善岗前培训,加强新护士的心理调节及职业道德教育、基础护理认知培训,提高新护士对基础护理认识水平及态度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cognition and attitude of new nurses about basic nursing so as to provide references to improve the quality of basic nursing. Method A total of 130 new nurses were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results The new nurses lacked enough cognition about bas- ic nursing, The score of attitude was （ 35.28 ± 3.48 ）. There were significant differences about basic nursing attitude in the nurses with different educational levels, from one - child families or not and different reasons of choosing profession （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing mangers should strengthen pre - job training for new nurses, enhance their education about mental regulation, professional ethics, and basic nursing cognition training so as to improve their cogni- tion level and attitude to basic nursing. |
