氯雷他定与自血疗法联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床研究

目的:探讨氯雷他定与自血疗法联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:选择64例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,观察组给予氯雷他定与自血疗法联合复方甘草酸苷口服,对照组仅给予氯雷他定治疗,两组患者分别治疗4周后观察临床疗效。分别对用药后第7、14、28天瘙痒、风团最大直径、数量及发作持续时间进行四级评分,观察治疗28d后的疗效及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:用药后各项症状均较治疗前有所改善,用药28d后总观察组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率81.25%,两组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),两组患者在用药期间均没有明显不良反应。结论:氯雷他定与自血疗法联合复方甘草酸苷口服治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,患者依从性好。

Loratadine Treatment with Joint Compound Glycyrrhizin Autohemotherapy Clinical Studies of Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria

Objective:To investigate the loratadine autohemotherapy clinical efficacy of the compound glycyrrhizin treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods:64 cases of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,32 cases of observation group was treated with chlorine Ray that he will be only with joint compound glycyrrhizin oral autohemotherapy control group given chlorine Ray of treatment,two clinical efficacy was observed in the group of patients were treated for 4 weeks.Holding time on the 7 and 14 after treatment,28 days will take place weary,the maximum diameter of the wheal number and attack four score,to observe the efficacy and adverse drug reactions in the treatment of 28 days after the occurrence.Results:After treatment than before treatment of the symptoms improved,the drug after 28 days of total observation group total efficiency of 100% in the control group the total efficiency of 81.25%,the two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients during the treatment,no significant adverse effects.The conclusions of chlorine Ray that he will be the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria safe and effective.Conclusion:Chlorine Ray that he will be a significant effect for the treatment of chronic urticaria with joint compound glycyrrhizin oral autohemotherapy,patient compliance is good.
