外科手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床分析

目的对胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的外科手术治疗方法和效果进行研究。方法随机选择我院78名胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者,分为A、B组,A组44名患者为治疗组,行腹腔镜手术方法;B组34名患者为对照组,行常规开腹手术方法。结果 A组患者手术用时、手术出血量、住院天数、肛门排气时间明显少于B组患者,并发症概率低于B组患者,治疗效果优于B组。结论采用腹腔镜手术方法治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔,疗效较好,患者恢复较快,具有较高临床使用和推广价值。

Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Perforation

Objective Study and analyze the method and effect of surgical treatment of gastric ulcer perforation.Methods 78 randomly selected hospital gastroduodenal ulcer perforation patients,divided into two groups(A,B) A group of 44 patients for the treatment group,laparoscopic surgical methods;B group of 34 patients as the control group underwent conventional open surgerysurgical method.Results Surgical patients in group A,the hand intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,flatus was significantly less than group B patients,the complication probability is lower than group B patients,treatment is better than B group.Conclusion The laparoscopic surgical treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation,effective,patients recover faster,with higher clinical use and promotion of value.
