清洁间歇性自我导尿术在脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者中的应用

目的探讨脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者实施清洁间歇性自我导尿的管理方法与效果。方法对适宜进行清洁间歇性自我导尿的92例脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者,教会其清洁间歇性自我导尿的方法以及指导患者学会自我管理。结果 95.00%患者及家属出院前均掌握了正确的清洁间歇性导尿的方法,依从性较好。出院后随访3个月,15.07%的患者出现泌尿系统并发症,达到良好预期效果。结论脊髓损伤患者对清洁间歇性导尿能进行良好的自我管理,能有效减少泌尿系统并发症的发生,有利于膀胱功能的恢复。

Application of clean intermittent self - catheterization among patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury

Objective To explore the management methods and effects of self - catheterization among patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 73 neurogenic bladder patients who received clean intermittent selfcatheterization were involved and received guidance about self - management methods. Results Among the involved patients and their relatives,95.00% grasped the clean intermittent self - catheterization methods before discharge from hospital ,and the compliance was good. The incidence of urinary complications was 15.07% in 3 months after discharge and achieved the expected result. Conclusion Good self - management of clean intermittent self - catheterization among patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury can reduce the incidence of urinary complications effectively, enhance the recovery of bladder function.
