摘    要:目的探讨个体化的运动干预对高血压伴胰岛素抵抗患者缓解胰岛素抵抗作用,为增强患者运动依从性提供科学依据。方法将100名高血压专科门诊患者分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予高血压病药物治疗与相关高血压及糖尿病的健康教育。观察组在此基础上实施个体化运动干预,对照组自行运动锻炼。结果观察组患者干预后空腹血糖、胰岛素含量、胰岛素抵抗指数、甘油三酯均降低,且低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);观察组患者运动依从性高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对高血压伴胰岛素抵抗患者采取个体化运动干预可以降低胰岛素抵抗,提高患者运动依从性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of individualized exercise intervention on the patients with hypertension and insulin resistance, so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the compliance of patients with exercise. Methods A total of 100 hypertensive outpatients were divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were both received drug treatment of hypertension and health education related to hypertension and diabetes. In addition, the observation group received individualized exercise intervention, and the control group took exercise themselves. Results After the intervention, fasting blood glucose, insulin levels, insulin resistance index and serum triglycerides of patients in the observation group were all reduced (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ), and the compliance of patients with exercise was improved ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion hnplementation of individualized exercise intervention to the patients with hypertension and insulin resistance can reduce insulin resistance and improve patient compliance with exercise.
