| 摘 要： | 目的分析择期手术临时取消的原因并探讨相应对策,以提高手术室工作效率和质量。方法对2010年1月至12月1 975例择期手术临时取消病例进行回顾性研究及相关因素分析。结果择期手术临时取消的主要因素有:疾病因素、术前准备不足、患者或家属拒绝手术和意外情况。结论医务人员应通过加强合并慢性疾病的术前处理,做好患者术前健康教育等措施降低择期手术临时取消率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the causes and of canceling selective operation to improve the efficiency and quality of work in operatiny room. Methods A total of 1 975 cases canceled elective operation from January to December 2010 were involved and the related factors were retrospectively analyzed. Results The main factors of canceling elective operation included diseases, not complete preoperative preparation, patients and relatives refusing operation and accidental events. Conclusion Preoperative treatment of patients with chronic diseases and preoperative health education should be strengthened to re- duce temporary cancellation rate of elective operation. |
