多塞平联合奥美拉唑、蒙脱石治疗156例慢性胃炎的临床疗效分析

目的 分析探讨多塞平联合奥美拉唑、蒙脱石对治疗慢性胃炎患者的临床疗效,以期为临床治疗提高参考.方法 以2008 年5 月-2012 年3 月我科收治的303 例经胃镜检查确诊为慢性胃炎的患者为研究对象.根据是否加用多塞平治疗将患者随机分为两组：其中治疗组156 例,在奥美拉唑联合蒙脱石治疗的基础上加用多塞平,对照组147 例,根据患者的临床症状给予不同剂量的奥美拉唑和蒙脱石治疗.4 周后观察比较两组的临床疗效以及焦虑和抑郁改善情况.结果 治疗组患者的临床疗效显著高于对照组（P 〈0.05）,且与治疗前相比,焦虑和抑郁情况得到明显的改善（P 〈0.05）.结论 应用多塞平联合奥美拉唑、蒙脱石能有效缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患者对疾病治疗的信心,进而提高慢性胃炎患者的临床治疗效果.

The analysis of the clinical analysis of doxepin omeprazole, montmorillonite in the treatment of 156 cases with chronic gastritis

Objective To analyze the clinical analysis of doxepin omeprazole,montmorillonite in the treatment of chronic gastritis to improve the reference for the clinical treatment.Methods 303 cases of patients diagnosed with chronic gastritis by gastroscopy from May 2008 to March 2012 in our department for treatment were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups according to whether or not with doxepin treatment.The treatment group of 156 cases was taken with doxepin on the basis of omeprazole montmorillonite treatment.The control group of 147 cases was taken with different doses of omeprazole and montmorillonite treatment according to the clinical symptoms.The clinical efficacy as well as the improving situation for anxiety and depression after 4 weeks for the two groups was observed.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Compared with before treatment,anxiety and depression significantly improved(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of doxepin plus omeprazole,montmorillonite can effectively alleviate the patient’s anxiety and depression,improve patients’ confidence in the treatment of disease,and improve the clinical treatment effect for patients with chronic gastritis.
