精神科护士共情倾向与关怀能力的相关性研究

目的探讨精神科护士共情倾向与关怀能力之间的关系。方法采用人际反应指针量表和关怀能力量表调查147名精神科护士的共情倾向、关怀能力及其二者之间的关系。结果精神科护士共情各维度得分由高至低依次为共情性关心、幻想、观点采择、个人痛苦;关怀能力总分为(180.99±19.48)分,各维度得分均低于常模(P<0.01);精神科护士共情倾向的各维度(共情性关心、观点采择、幻想、个人痛苦)以及护士的职称、护龄是关怀能力的影响因素。结论精神科护士的关怀能力有待进一步提高,共情倾向影响护士实施关怀照护行为,建议对护士进行有针对性的管理和培训,提高护士的共情能力,有助于改善护士对病人的关怀,进而提高护理服务质量。

Research on the relationship between empathy and caring ability among psychiatric nurses

Objective To investigate the relationship between empathy and caring ability among psychiatric nurses. Method The relationship between empathy and caring ablity of 147 psychiatric nurses were recruited and were investigated with Interpersonal Reactivity Index （IRI - C ） and Caring Ability Inventory （CAI）. Results The factor scores of empathy were ranked as empathic concern, fantastic, perspective taking and personal distress. The total score of caring ability was （ 180.99 ± 19.48 ）. The factor scores were significantly lower than the norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the score of empathic concern, perspective taking, fantastic, personal distress, nurses＇professional titles and years of work experience were the predictors of caring ability. Conclusion The level of caring ability of psychiatric nurses needs to be further improved. Empathy can influence nurses＇ caring ability. It is suggested to provide targeted training to improve nurses＇empathy disposition and thereby to strengthen their caring ability to provide high quality nursing service for the patients.
