| 摘 要： | 本文报道采用电视胸腔镜行胸内病灶切除术12例．用微孔手术在胸内行肺楔形切除、肿块剜出及胸壁肿块切除等。其中肿瘤7例，肺类性假瘤3例。该技术创伤小、恢复快；全组取得满意手术疗效。

| Abstract: | Intrathoracic lesions resection was performed in 12 cases under vides thoracoscopy including wadge resections, messenu-cleation and nedulareoagnlation of chest wall(cancer in 7 cases, pseudo-inflammatory tumor in 3 cases, tuberculorna in acases ). It is shown that the advantages of video-assisted thoracoscopic were miminal injury, fastrerecovery. All the cases in this series got satisfactory surgical results. |
