儿童及青少年鼻内镜手术

目的探讨儿童及青少年慢性鼻窦炎患者接受鼻内镜手术治疗的疗效及相关影响因素。方法对86例(132侧)儿童及青少年慢性鼻窦炎患者行功能性鼻内镜手术,术后随访换药6个月以上及药物综合治疗。结果86例患者治愈60例(69.8%),好转22例(25.6%),无效4例(4.6%),总有效率95.4%。结论儿童及青少年慢性鼻窦炎经保守治疗无效时行鼻内镜手术疗效满意,其手术技术和术后随访及综合治疗影响手术远期疗效。

Analysis of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery in 86 children

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the curative ef-fects and relative factors of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS)in children with chronic sinusitis. METHODS A to-tal of 86 children (132 sides)were included in this study.The postoperative follow-up period was over six monthswith comprehensive treatment. RESULTS In all 86 cases,the cure rate was 69.8 %(60 cases),22 cases(25.4 %)were improved while other 4 cases(4.6 %)were of noeffect .The total effective rate of ESS was 95.4 %.CONCLUSION ESS in children with chronic sinusitishas a good long time outcomes when the conservativetreatment is no effect. The results of ESS are affectedby surgical technique,the postoperative follow-up andcomprehensive treatments.
