摘    要:脂蛋白脂酶为甘油三酯代谢的限速酶,脂蛋白脂酶因活性和含量而改变其脂解功能,影响全身脂质代谢和分布,产生的血脂紊乱、高甘油三酯血症、低HDL血症是胰岛素抵抗和动脉硬化的基础。同时,脂蛋白脂酶对动脉粥样硬化和胰岛素抵抗形成具有截然不同的矛盾作用。

Abstract:Lipoprotein lipase (LPL) is the rate-limiting enzyme in metabolism of triglyceride.Its changes in activity and content can affect its stearolysis function and the lipid metabolism and distribution in whole body,which then resulted in blood fat disorder,hypertriglyceridemia and low level of HDL.These are all the basis of insulin resistance and atherogenesis.Meanwhile,LPL has contradictive effect in the genesis of thses two pathological process.
