趋化因子受体CCR6在人肝癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨趋化因子受体CCR6在肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测30例肝癌组织及癌旁组织CCR6表达情况,探讨其与临床病理特征的关系。结果:⑴肝癌组织及癌旁肝组织中均可以检测到CCR6的表达,肝癌组织表达水平明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。⑵CCR6表达与病人性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、乙肝表面抗原、肿瘤分级及分期、肝硬化均无明显关系(P>0.05),而与肿瘤是否有包膜,门静脉浸润显著相关(P<0.05)。⑶肝癌患者术后生存率与CCR6的表达相关,阳性组生存率低于阴性组。结论:肝癌细胞表达CCR6趋化因子受体,其表达与门静脉浸润有关,有望成为判断肝癌侵袭性及预后的指标。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Chemokine Receptor CCR6 in Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To explore the expression of CCR6 in human hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） and its significance. Methods The expression of chemokine receptor CCR6 in HCC and adjacent liver tissues were detected with immunohistochemical technique（SP） in 30 patients,and the relationship between the expression and the clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results （1）The expression of CCR6 were detected in both HCC and adjacent tissues, the level of CCR6 in HCC tissue was significantly higher than that in adjacent liver tissues（ P 〈 0.05 ）. （2）The expression of CCR6 in HCC had no significant correlation with gender, age, tumor size, HbsAg, liver cirrhosis and TNM staging（ P 〉 0.05 ）, while it was significandy correlated with tumor capsule and portal vein invasion（ P 〈 0.05 ）. （3）The survival rate of postoporation was correlated with the expression of CCR6 ,and the survival rate of positive group was lower than that of negative group. Conclusion The expression of CCR6 in HCC may correlate with portal vein invasion, CCR6 may play an important role in prediction of inva- siveness and prognosis in hepatecellular carcinoma.
