左乙拉西坦治疗成人癫痫的临床疗效研究

目的观察左乙拉西坦治疗成人癫痫的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2006年1月至2008年12月收治的成人癫痫患者106例随机分为观察组（左乙拉西坦治疗组）和对照组（常规治疗组）各53例,治疗周期均为1年,观察2组的治疗效果。结果观察组中控制14例,显效23例,有效9例,总有效率为86.7%;对照组中控制8例,显效16例,有效11例,总有效率为66.1%。2组比较差异显著（P〈0.01）。观察组中不良反应发生率为17.1%;对照组中不良反应发生率为15.2%,2组比较差异不明显（P〉0.05）,不具有统计学意义。结论左乙拉西坦治疗成人癫痫疗效理想,并且具有不良反应少,患者易耐受的优点。

Clinical Observation of Levetiracetam Monotherapy of Adult Patients with Epilepsy

Objective Levetiracetam efficacy of treatment of adult epilepsy.Methods In our hospital from January 2006 ～ December 2008 treated 106 cases of adult epilepsy patients were randomly divided into two groups（levetiracetam treatment group） and control group（conventional treatment group） of the 53 cases,treatment cycle were 1 years of treatment effects were observed.Results Observation group,control 14 cases,23 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,total effective rate was 86.7%;control group to control the 8 cases,16 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,total effective rate was 66.1%.Significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Adverse reaction in the observation group was 17.1%;control group was 15.2% adverse events,no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）,not statistically significant.Conclusion Levetiracetam treatment of adults with epilepsy,successful,and have fewer side effects,patients tend to tolerate the merits.
